I never set out to get a six-pack.

I never set out to get a six-pack.

On the surface, yeah, sure — It would be cool.

I like to look in the mirror and see the hard work paying off.

But, the aesthetic isn’t the goal.

The goal is becoming the Man who gets up every day even when he doesn’t want to in order to achieve things other Men can’t.

The goal is to redefine myself and challenge my comfortable habits.

“What are you truly capable of, Latimer?”

The goal is discovery.

With every step, you uncover something new about yourself. Every day that passes and you tick another box of tasks that are designed to challenge and question every assumption you have about yourself…

You become more resilient.

More focused.

You have more time.

You get stronger both physically and mentally.

Your confidence builds

The people in your life start drawing closer to you and asking questions… “Dude… what are you up to?” … “Man you look fit and super healthy — what are you doing” … “How does it work… I’m struggling at the moment — what do you think — could it work for me?”

Your wife starts to notice… “I haven’t seen that muscle before” … “I’m so proud of what you’ve done”.

You’re waking up on purpose.

Your habits start rubbing off on other people.

You have better, more in-depth conversations with your partner, your friends and your family.

Your influence builds.

You start enjoying your work or job more.

You start earning more money.

You have more and better sex.

Life becomes easier and ultimately more colourful.

You start looking at what’s possible and you start believing in yourself.

And the KICKER: You haven’t said a word to anyone.

Simply — You just took action.

Your actions will ALWAYS speak for themselves.

If you take one thing away from this post…

STOP talking — START Doing!

— — -

I’ve still got a long way to go. But, I know what I want and I understand I’ll need to push past my edge, past comfortable in order to achieve it.

The game is over when you’re dead. And there are NO Guarantees tomorrow will come for you or me.

Get after it, Legend!
